Worlds of Wow Multi-Site Solutions-Once Upon a Time

It's Day Three-and We Are Talking Theming!

Once Upon A Time....that is a typical start to a story but not the story we are talking about when it comes to theming!  The walls of your ministry spaces can tell the story of what your church is about.  As families walk through your hallways, they see what you are about without having to ask!  From campus to campus, the same story is told and the mission and vision of your church can come to life in illustrations and storylines that dazzle the young and the young at heart!

And we LOVE to see things through the eyes of kids!  Our goal is to marry the look and feel of the adult space, the story you are telling there, and give it the high interest it needs to capture the wonder of a kid’s heart.  Theming in the ministry spaces-kids and students-will help the walls tell the same story no matter how they are set up.

Our digital theming options allow for the story to be illustrated on your walls no matter their size or shape.  When your members and guests walk through the spaces-it won’t matter the campus location…the walls will all look ridiculously cool!

Here are a few items to discuss with your team?
  • What is the mission statement of your church?
  • What is the mission statement for your Kid and/or Student Ministry?
  • What are some design elements that you think could reflect the mission statement of your church?

Worlds of Wow Multi-Site Solutions-Two Things...

Welcome to Day 2 of our Multisite Solutions Launch!

Today we are going to share a couple of thoughts on space.

After many meetings-maybe too many to count-you have decided where your next location will be.  You have the perfect spot that may not look just perfect!  Before you move too quickly, let's talk about security and traffic flow.

Security-As you are working with your teams, it is important to keep security at the front of your conversations.  Being able to control access is important.  As parents walk through your hallways, they are looking around your environment and deciding if they think their kids will be safe.  Relying on our experiences with other churches, we can evaluate places in your spaces that should be addressed.  It may take moving a door our adding an entry point in a different spot-no need to worry-we can help!

Traffic Flow-Maintaining exit and entry points are crucial.  We know how cramped hallways can lead to unhappy folks! How do you maintain great traffic flow without creating bottlenecks?   It may be easier than you think. Before you tear down a wall, give us a call.  We can look at your space, crunch some numbers and work out a plan.  It may look a little different at each campus but there's a way to keep things similar.  Our art department can create themed directional signs for all your buildings that will help with traffic flow while adding high interest elements to your spaces.

Here are a few questions to share with your team...
  • How can we improve the level of security in our ministry spaces?
  • What can we do to improve the traffic flow in the hallways?
  • What are some improvements we can make to the signs in our areas?
Work through these questions as a team.  Stop back by tomorrow and we will chat about theming in your kid ministry and student ministry spaces.

Worlds of Wow Multi-Site-Countdown to Launch

Have you heard the news?  MultiSite is here to stay and we think that is a GREAT thing!  Over the past few months, we have been researching ways we can partner with multisite churches.  We are excited to launch our new process dedicated to addressing the unique needs facing mulitisite organizations.  The vision behind multisite campuses runs concurrent with our desire to help churches become vital destinations in their communities.

Countdown to Launch…(actually, before countdown to launch)
Launching a new campus takes a great deal of time, energy, and preparation.  There are tons of moving parts that have to work in unison in order for the DNA of the church to be readily understood no matter the location.  Theming in your ministry spaces can play a critical role in helping churches achieve this necessary goal.  Deciding a theme that tells the story of your church takes time.   We like to be involved at the earliest day in the process as possible.  We can walk along side you offering advice and expertise that we have gained from working with multisite churches in the past.  Whether it be kid space theming or indoor play areas, even student ministry themed spaces-we can help you maximize your impact as a multisite organization.  We create themed environments that reflect the heart of your church regardless of the location.  We have processes that will maximize your resources while creating exceptionally designed spaces campus to campus.

In addition, we also are happy to introduce to you some of our friends in a variety of ministry areas.  These folks are experts in their fields.  Maybe you need advice in the areas of  finance, church insurance, curriculum, leadership, check in systems-really anything!  Their websites and blogs will prove to be incredibly helpful for you.

Take a few minutes and check out our website.  Check out the websites of our ministry friends.  This week we will be discussing church design, kid ministry theming, security, and several other topics.    Check back daily.  We are looking forward to a great week!
