Children's Pastors' Conferences

I will be teaching two workshops at the upcoming International Networks of Children's Ministry conferences in January and March. I want to personally invite everyone to attend so that we can make it an informative and fun time together.

The first session will be "Ten Nuggets When Building A New Children's Facility". If you are planning on a new building now or in the next couple of years, please plan on attending. We will share with you how you should be involved in the planning process and share ideas from others who have built on what they would and wouldn't do differently.

The second session will be about something I'm extremely passionate about these days - birthday parties. I think birthday parties can be the our greatest outreach in the church and we have the opportunity to provide transformational experiences to our kids at church, at school, in our neighborhoods, community and more. This session will explain this opportunity and how you can launch your own birthday party ministry.

Look forward to seeing everyone there! If you have any ideas to share with me ahead of time please feel free to email.

Wow's New Mission Statement

We will be relaunching a new website and branding for Worlds of Wow in the first of the new year. We are all very excited about the new look and usefullness (more on that later) of the website. In the meantime, I thought I'd share with you our new, not yet finalized mission statement:

Churches and organizations across the country are beginning to realize the importance of that ‘”wow” factor in their children’s programs. A Pastor can pour his heart out from the pulpit, but if a first time visitor has to drop their kids off at a sub-par children’s ministry, they might never return. More than ever before, children are running their parents’ lives—from school, to sports, church, and other activities parents’ lives are dictated by their child’s likes and dislikes. If churches want to reach young families then children have to be a top priority.

Worlds of Wow’s mission is to transform the way churches reach the next generation. WOW passionately believes that that the church should be the coolest place for a child to want to go, giving them the desire to spend more time at the church than anywhere else. Children’s programs across America are in desperate need of this service, and are starting to realize that the future movers and shakers of our country need to be reached by the church.

It is our core to help the body of Christ to reach children with the gospel. Our desire is for children to want to come to church because of how much fun it is and how much they get out of it, making the destination for kids inside the church. It is through the hearts of the children’s staff, combined with an overwhelmingly fun environment, that children become open to hear about the abundant life that is awaiting them in Christ.

Wow is the innovative leader in the industry with progressive solutions of unparalleled quality and creativity. We are spiritually focused and treat our efforts as a ministry.
